I have come to love mountain climbing. But, as I’ve traveled the world, I’ve seen first hand the figurative mountains families in rural communities have to climb. I’ve seen children with not enough to eat and poor resources for school. I’ve seen communities devastated by natural disaster. Here in our own country – in my own hometown –  I’ve seen families, and particularly, children in need. 

The purpose of the Seven Summits Foundation is to help these families climb their mountains. Currently, we are helping families on three of the seven continents. I hope the day will come when we can help people on all of the inhabited continents.
